Indiana utilities interested in joining InWARN should download a copy of the Mutual Aid Agreement (MAA). Once downloaded and printed, have the MAA signed by an executive official of your utility. A signed MAA on file with InWARN prior to an emergency will greatly facilitate planning and prioritizing of responding members in time of need.

Next, log on InWarn.org and complete the member application.

After you submit the online application you will be emailed a copy of your completed application. Please print this email verification and mail it along with a copy of the signed MAA to: InWARN, c/o Branch Chief, Drinking Water Branch, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, 100 N. Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204.  Membership is granted upon receipt of the signed MAA and member application.
